It was released a few years back with a nametag of “KingSoft Office”. Nowadays it is one of the well-known documents writing and management software for both office and home use. I have recently installed it just to compare it with other competitive apps like Microsoft Office. I found WPS Office more professional, lighter in size and faster in performance. Moreover, it is also compatible with MS Office. The office is not just a light software but a combination of different programs that consumes a lot of space on your laptop. I am using WPS Office 2016 for the last 1 year and I found it an efficient office application in many ways. I would like to share my experience in this review that why it’s a better tool than the others. There are four reasons why I like WPS Office 2016 version.
The first and foremost reason is a customizable and clean interface. It has got a slim ribbon that contains all the important tools like home, insert, design, view and mailing tabs. They offer 1GB of free storage, which is quite a big space for storing small files like .doc etc. It allows you to save files from your device to cloud storage.
